Once a licence has been generated and bound to a computer ID, all sales are final.
I do not offer refunds after licence generation.
If you have purchased a licence but have not yet generated it i.e. have not bound it to any computer, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer support.

you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital goods.
Your purchase grants you a licence entitlement.
The actual digital content, a machine-bound licence, is only delivered when you initiate licence generation by submitting your computer ID.
You can do this in two ways: via the licence generation form on this website, or via the desktop licensing tool – where, after signing in with your email and password, pressing the activation button submits your computer ID automatically and imports the resulting licence without any additional steps.
In either case, you may re-generate your licence at any time from your account on this website.
By initiating licence generation through either method, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses upon delivery of the bound licence.
