Terms of Service

1. Who You’re Contracting With

These terms are between you and Vrmac Softver DOO, a company registered in Montenegro.
When you purchase a licence, the transaction is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles payment processing, VAT calculation, and invoicing on my behalf.

Your purchase contract for billing purposes is with Paddle; your licence contract is with me.

2. What You’re Buying

You are purchasing a permanent, non-exclusive software licence.
The licence type selected at checkout determines permitted use:

The number of computers (“Licensed Devices”) on which you may activate the software with permanent licence equals the quantity selected at checkout, with one licence per device.

You are not buying the software itself – ownership of the software and all intellectual property remains with Vrmac Softver.

3. Licence Activations

If you reinstall your operating system on the same hardware, you are entitled to a free reactivation at no cost.

If your Licensed Device breaks or becomes permanently unusable, you may transfer your licence to a new device, subject to the conditions in the next section.

4. Licence Transfers

Licence transfers to a different physical computer are permitted under the following conditions:

If a major new version is released as a separate paid product, your existing licence does not automatically cover it unless stated otherwise at the time of release.

7. Licensing Server & Business Continuity

Activation of the software depends on a licensing server. I make reasonable efforts to keep this service available, but I cannot guarantee indefinite uptime, particularly in the event that Vrmac Softver DOO ceases trading.

If the business closes, I will make a best-effort attempt to:

A separate Refund Policy document is available on the website.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

I do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vrmac Softver DOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

My total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence, which these terms do not override.
